Brenda Michiko Kelly was born on January 15th, 1959 (that's right,1959!) in Honolulu Hawaii.
Her mother is Japanese, and her father is Dutch/English.

Natalie Minh, Another Look

Here's another look at the lovely WNSO FAME Euro Fitness Model Champion, Natalie Minh.
This Vietnamese-American fitness competitor seemed pretty popular last time, so I thought another picture wouldn't hurt any.

Despite coming in 1st Place in the Ms. Bikini division at the 2008 Muscle Mania/Fitness Universe Italian Championships, winning 1st Place Fitness Model, and 2nd place Bikini Model at the 2008 FAME European Championships and 3rd Place Swimsuit in the swimsuit division at the 2008 FAME World Championships, this lady is way more than just a pretty face.
She is a a Structured Finance Analyst for a Fortune 100 financial services company, she has a a BBA with dual major in Management Information Systems and Management, a MS in Finance, and a MBA, all from the University of Michigan.
AND she was a UNIX Systems Administrator specializing in CAD/CAE environments for six years.
To paraphrase Monty Python, "She could think you under the table!".

How to Get a Date with a Female Fitness Model

It’s not a secret that female fitness models are the hottest girls you can parade in town. Who can’t help but lust over their toned physique and tight booties? You surely want to date one of them but how do you spot them? I do have few solutions for you:
Hit the gym
Going to the gym will give you the highest probability that you will find one. If you need some boost in the physical department, be a regular in the gym and chances are, you might bump into a pretty fitness model. I am sure, as a guy, you have few effective pick up lines in mind. You may want to begin the conversation by asking how long had she been working out. If you’re more confident ask her what routines does she apply to tone her abs and her arms (Do not mention about her ass!). How about asking her some pointers on becoming more fit? At least you will have something in common.
Do not hint that you’re only there just to spot a sexy girl who you can ask for a date. Pretend to be very interested and dedicated on the treadmill. Don’t give out your primary intention of going to the gym by going near every lady in the room. Choose the one you like most and apply your “hook up” strategies.

Join any sports-related club
Don’t limit yourself into thinking that these women are only found in the gym whole day. They may be in the tennis club near you or having fun in the volleyball court. If you will be able to impress them with your moves, you get a good chance here. Girls like guys who appear to be strong, someone who exhibits strength and stamina. During the break, approach one of them and sport your sexiest smile.

Try your luck on any seasonal sports fest
They are actually everywhere clad in their skimpy sports attire especially on summer sports fests and maybe spring break. Show them your sporty side and more likely they will permit you to get to know them better.
On the Date
They may appear to be strong with their hard-earned great physique, but like most girls, these fitness models would also want to be pampered. Think of a romantic dinner. Be unpredictable. After trying something posh, go sporty with her by asking her to try sports she did not have a chance to do before. (My tip: Go rock or wall climbing. It’s fun plus you get a good view of her ass when she’s ahead of you)
If you want to find one, get your ass moving. You may be able to spot the fitness model of your dreams but since these girls are health and body conscious, I bet they will prefer someone who has the abs as well. So to avoid further disappointment, trim down and look good before you ask them out.

This beautiful young lady is female fitness model and female figure competitor Monique Minton.
I did a write up on this lovely half filipinia, half polish model over at one of my other fitness blogs, but I wanted to include her here as well.
She's the cover girl for the 2009 March-April Muscle & Fitness Hers magazine, and she racked up an impressive list of contests finishes in 2008.
1st place at the The 2008 NPC John Sherman Classic Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure Championships, 3rd place at the The 2008 NPC USA Bodybuilding & Figure Championships, 4th place at the 2008 NPC Team Universe Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure National Championships, 5th place at the 2008 NPC National Bodybuilding & Figure Championships and 1st place at the 2007 NPC Gateway Classic.
"Stunning" seems to be the term a lot of people apply to this competitor, and with good reason.

Katrinka Knox Sexy Fitness Model

Katrinka Knox is a 5' 3" tall NPC Figure Competitor from Oregon.
She competed in the Emerald Cup last year and came in 18th place in the Over 5'2 to 5'3 category.

Gail Kim-Trainer Fitness

Well we took a departure last time with MMA, so let's move a little further away into the world of pro wrestling.
Even if wrestling is staged, you have to be in shape to take the bumps, bruises and chairshots that wrestlers get every week (and in some cases every night).

So let's start with Gail Kim.
Gail is a Canadian-born pro wrestler, valet, model, and actress of Korean descent.
She has held the Womens Wrestling Championship in both the WWE and TNA.

Before wrestling, Gail participated in basketball, volleyball, soccer, baseball and badminton, and was named "Athlete of the Year" twice at York Memorial Collegiate Institute in Toronto.
She studied kinesiology at the University of Toronto and nutrition at Ryerson University.

Jennifer Nicole Lee Fitness Model

The beautiful Jennifer Nicole Lee is a Fitness Expert, Lifestyle Consultant, Fitness Model, devoted wife and mother.
She is drop dead gorgeous.
And she is also an inspiration.
To improve her physical and mental health and become more active with her children, Jennifer began a fitness program and nutrition program and lost 70 pounds.
Her goal was to lose weight and enter a bikini contest.
Jennifer surpassed her goal and one year later was crowned Miss Bikini America 2005!
She's appeared on Oprah, Inside Edition and E! featured her as one of the "Top 20 hottest women of the web".

Katherine Painter Trainer

Filipina-American fitness model, fitness and figure competitor and certified personal trainer, Katherine Painter.
This 5 foot tall, 100 pound lady is aptly nicknamed "Rocket Girl".
She was born in Santa Cruz, Laguna on October 2nd, 1973.

Maria Kang

Maria Kang was born Maria Mei-Sien Kang on November 26, 1980.
She is of Filipina, and Malaysian Chinese descent.
In her fitness career, this lovely lady has been a fitness model,group director, fitness manager, personal trainer, communications specialist and spokesperson.
But if you read much about her, you'll see her most cherished role is that of a mother.
I try not to get sappy (at all!) on my blogs, but just read what she has written about her child and you will see a mother's love.

The lovely Kathleen Tesori is Americas Fittest Model Magazine's "Fittest Model Champion"
This 5' 4", 114 lbs beauty from Salt Lake City, Utah has done a lot of fitness modeling.
She's appeared on the Hawaiian Tropic website and poster, and she's appeared in Max Muscle, FLEX and Muscle and Fitness Hers.

Allison Frahn body bulder model

Awhile back I did a write up on the lovely K.L. Frahn.
Well here is her sister, the equally beautiful Allison Frahn.
Allison was born on September 27, 1980 in Nanuet, NY.
She definitely has a ripped lean look, and if you go to her website and check out her bio, you'll see that this young woman overcame a tremendous obstacle to get to where she is today.
It's a very inspiring story.
Besides doing figure competitions and being a fitness model, she has a BA in Communication from the University of Delaware.
